Please note, CML is also referred to as RADAR and APR, and is a product of MRI. 

Fixflo integrates with CML Software so that any repair and maintenance issues created in Fixflo can be pushed back into CML. This allows you to keep a complete maintenance record for your tenancies and produce more accurate reports.

Setting up the integration

Please login to your Fixflo system as an Administrator user and click Setup > Integrations: 

At the top of the page, you will be able to 'Add token' - in 'App Id' enter 'CMLSOFT' and then click 'Add': 

You will then be given an authentication token - please find an example below: 

Now you need to access the administration menu within your CML system, and select the Maintenance section.

Within this section, you will need to enter your Fixflo URL link (agencyname.fixflo.com) and Authentication Token (as generated above).

The integration will then work by pulling through the information from the submitted Fixflo report into your CML system, and you can then progress issues in CML.
