Fixflo integrates with The Inventory Manager Guide (TIM). The Inventory Manager Guide is a cloud-based property inspection app which allows agents to report issues directly from the app to their Fixflo repairs and maintenance software. When the report is uploaded, Fixflo are notified directly about the repair issue.
Setting up the integration
Please login to your Fixflo system as an Administrator user and click Integrations > Tokens:
At the top of the page, click 'Add token' - in 'App Id' enter 'THEINVENTORYMANAGER' and then click 'Add':
You will then be given an authentication token - please find an example below:
To set up the integration on the TIM side the agent would need to login to the website at https://myaccount.theinventorymanager.co.uk/.
Then go to Customise and select the Integrations tab, enable and enter the Fixflo details then save. The next time you log in to the app the Fixflo options will be available:
