Fixflo integrates with Keystone (KPR) accounts so that repairs and photos identified in a KPR report (via the desktop version or the app) can be pushed to Fixflo, creating a seamless approach to your repair and maintenance process.

Setting up the integration

Please login to your Fixflo system as an Administrator user and click Setup > Integrations: 

At the top of the page, you will be able to 'Add token' - in the 'App Id' field enter 'KEYSTONE' and click 'Add':

You will then be provided with an authentication token - please find an example below: 

To complete the setup of the integration, you will need to provide the authentication token that you've generated to your Account Manager at Keystone, who will be able to configure your account for you. 

Once that's all in place, your integration is now added, configured and ready to use! Simply identify any faults that require maintenance when conducting reports in KPR, and when you submit the report, the integration will automatically create the faults as issues in Fixflo that require attention.
