This new dashboard was designed to: 

• Provide real-time accurate data

• Help you as a director to focus on what matters most

Key features

It is important to note that you will find a filter at the very top of the dashboard, where you can amend the information shown depending on what you want to review.

What is the dashboard showing me?

1. Overview of building issues and Quotes
   
   
   • This panel will show the total number of reactive and planned communal issues that have been raised at your building.
   • You will be able to see how many issues are currently under the reported status, how many are in progress, and how many of those have been raised with an urgent priority.
   • On the right-hand side, you will see the total number of issues assigned to you as a director for review of quotes.
     
     
     
     
     
     
2. Optional > Compliance for your block
   
   Depending on your agency’s settings, you may be able to view the total number of property certificates that are currently valid, as well as any compliance events that are due within the next 28 days. 
   
   
   
3. Comments sent to your profile
    
   • Count of unread comments sent to your profile. It will highlight the number of unread and new comments you have received, allowing you to navigate to them directly. 
   • The dashboard will also display a preview of the comments, along with a hyperlink that will direct you directly to the comments tab within the issue number.
   • You will also be able to see all comments sent to you by selecting the hyperlink 'View all comments', at the bottom of the panel. This will take you to the comments section, which can also be found on the left-hand side menu.
     
     
     
     
     
4. Building issues
   • This panel will show you the number of quotes that are currently 'Awaiting approval', alongside all the quotes active against your building, which essentially means any current quotes opened against your building. 
   • It would also provide an overview of the two most recent issues, including the issue title, parent tree root, raised by, raised date, and priority level.
   • View all issues - takes you to all the communal issues at a building where you are a leaseholder.
     
     
     
     
5. Building notifications
   
   
   • This section will show you how many unread building notifications you currently have, and how many notifications have been sent your way today. 
   • You can view a preview of the notification, including the time it was sent. In addition, selecting View all notifications takes you to the block notification page.
     
     
     

Please note that the data displayed on this dashboard is not live. On the top right-hand side of the dashboard, you will be able to see when the dashboard was last updated. To ensure that you are viewing the most current data, you can select the 'Refresh' button.

All the data reflected in the dashboard was previously accessible by navigating the left-hand side menu; however, building this dashboard will allow you to identify right away everything that you should be aware of in one centralised place.
