On your Dashboard, you can filter your maintenance issues out and change which issues you are viewing.

For example, you can either view:

  • All of your maintenance issues (both reactive and planned issues)
  • Just your reactive issues - these would be the issues which occupiers have reported or you have reported on their behalf. For example, broken boilers and broken toilets.
  • Just your planned issues - these are issues that have been instructed from service events and relate to planned maintenance issues only. For example, a Gas Safety Certificate or an EPC.

In the top right-hand corner of each dashboard panel, you can see symbols reflecting assignment and planned vs reactive.

The symbol below shows a globe; this represents that this panel has the filter 'all issues' set:

The symbol below shows a spanner; this represents that this panel has the filter 'reactive issues' set:

The symbol below shows cogs; this represents that this panel has the filter 'planned issues' set:

To filter out your dashboard panels you will need to hover over the panel where you will be able to change the filters:

If you and your colleague have the same dashboard panel displayed, however the numbers are different, it might be worth checking how each panel has been filtered, as this would explain the difference!
