Fixflo integrates with various partners to allow for a more streamlined and efficient process. Integrations can be configured in various different ways, including APIs, middleware configuration and webhooks.
Webhooks are a quick way of sending data from one place to another off the back of event-based triggers, e.g. new issue created.
Any administrator user on your Fixflo system can check if you have a webhook in place via Setup > Integrations; here you'll need to click into the 'Webhooks' tab:
You are able to see the webhook configured on your system. To assist in troubleshooting any problems you may be experiencing, click into the webhook itself, and view the 'Recent deliveries' tab. Here, you will be able to see recent webhook deliveries, and click the eye icon to understand more about the specific request:
You also have the ability to filter by failed webhooks, as well as search the history for a specific Fixflo issue number (Issue id field).
At issue level, you also have the ability to troubleshoot webhooks via the 'Audit' tab. Here, you can see whether the webhook was a success or not, and click through to view the response of any errors:
Please note you may notice some webhooks fail; if this is the case, the webhook will try again to be successful.
If you notice a large volume of fails - or think there is anything wrong with your integration - please feel free to contact our support team and we'll be happy to assist.
