Fixflo integrates with Alto so that your property, landlord, tenant, and supplier data can be pushed into Fixflo, saving you time in data entry. Invoices and charges added to Fixflo will also sync back into Alto.

To set up the integration, we need:

• your Alto agency reference; this will be send to us automatically when, logged into your Alto account, you navigate to the Integrations tab in the right top corner > Select Fixflo > Click on 'I Use Fixflo' > Click on Integrate.
  
  

• a Fixflo authentication token, please follow the instruction below to generate this.

As an administrator user, log in to your Fixflo site and go to Integrations > Tokens:

At the top of the page, you will be able to 'Add token' - in 'App Id' enter 'Alto' and then click Add:

An Authentication Token will then be generated for you:

Once we have your Alto agency reference and the token from Fixflo, we'll set up the integration for
you, and we will let you know once the data sync is complete.

You can see data coming into Fixflo by accessing the integration log via Integrations > Integration log. This page can also be useful to check why an entity hasn't synced across, if you're not seeing it active on Fixflo.

To search for an entity within this page, simply paste the External reference from Alto in the External ref field and hit Search.

If you have a new Fixflo account and are currently going through onboarding, please reach out to your onboarding executive so they can finish the set up of the integration for you.
