Agreeing to Fixflo Academy T&Cs
In order to access our academy and learn the core features of Fixflo you must first of all agree to the terms and conditions.
This can only be done by Administrator users. Please click here to learn more about user roles and permissions.
To do this please login to Fixflo, click on 'Setup' > 'Settings' and then click on the 'T&Cs' tab.
Open up 'Additional feature - Fixflo Academy'.
Here you can read the term and conditions.
Once you are happy simply click the 'I agree to the terms and conditions' box and then click 'Activate feature'.
Signing into Fixflo Academy
You will need to click on the learner icon on the top left-hand corner of your Fixflo site:
Then select 'Fixflo Academy:
By clicking here, you will be taken to your profile on the 'Academy' tab. If you've not yet signed up, you can see that you are not yet enrolled onto a course:
Enrol by clicking 'Go to Fixflo Academy':
A new tab will now open for you and you will be asked to login - you will need to enter your Fixflo credentials here. Please note that this is the only time you will need to add your credentials when logging in via Fixflo:
Once you have signed in, you will need to click on 'Link account':
You will be automatically enrolled into a welcome course which will show you a quick learner's guide and you will then be able to select a course to start learning
Selecting a course
We have a number of bite sized courses available for you to choose from.
Depending on what you want to learn, please select the applicable course from the course catalogue. You can sign up to as many courses as you like - there is no limit.
The course is selected by clicking on 'Get this course', as shown below:
This course will also show on your homepage:
