It's great to see that you would like to learn more about Fixflo and sign up to Fixflo Academy.
This article will give you a step by step guide on how you can sign up and start your course.
Please note that before you can sign up, an Administrator user must have agreed to Fixflo Academy terms and conditions. Please click here to see how to do this.
Once these have been accepted you will be able to sign up to Fixflo Academy and start learning.
To do this please follow the guide below:
1. Click on the learner icon on the top left hand corner of your Fixflo site
2. Click on 'Fixflo Academy' from the dropdown
3. This will take you through to your profile on the 'Academy' tab.
If you have not yet signed up to a course, you will be able to clearly see this
4. If you would like to enrol simply click on 'Go to Fixflo Academy'
5. A new tab will now open for you and you will be asked to login - you will need to enter your Fixflo credentials here
6. Once you have signed in, you will need to click on 'Link account'
7. To view and choose a course, click on 'Get your first course'
8. You will now need to select a course. There are 10 introductory courses available, please find the table below to understand these courses in more detail:

Don't be overwhelmed by these courses, it is easy to work out which one to sign up to. Please note that you will only need to sign up to one course.
You should know if you have an advanced integration set up with Fixflo. If you are not sure, please ask your manager to double check.
To find out your user role, simply click on 'People' > 'Agents' on your Fixflo site and search for your name. Your user role will be shown here. In the example below you can see that George is an Administrator.
If your role is 'Manager' or something other than 'Administrator' or 'Agent' then you will want to sign up to the agent course.
On the left hand side of your Fixflo site you can see your name and the word 'Agent' - this is not your user role, so always check using the instructions above.
The course is selected by clicking on 'Get this course', as shown below:
9. You will now be able to see that you have this course, please remember that you only need to sign up to one! You can click into this course to start learning.
10. This course will now show on your homepage
Remember that you can access this at any time via your Fixflo account and you will never need to add your credentials again! Please click here to see how to do this.
