It's important that - as agents - you promote your Fixflo system to ensure high usage from tenants/sub-tenants. One quick and easy way to promote your Fixflo site is by adding a footer to your email. This is a simple and great way to promote your Fixflo site passively.  To assist with this process, we have created premade buttons for your agency to use to promote your Fixflo site.

To find these you'll need to go to the left-hand side of your screen and click through to Promote > Promote to your Occupiers > Fixflo email signatures.  Once there you will be taken to a page that will show buttons for you to download by clicking on them:

As expected each agency would use a different email provider. Below we have linked out providers which your agency may use with the instructions of each email.

Gmail

  1. Open Gmail.
  2. In the top right, click Settings Settings and then See all settings.
  3. In the "Signature" section, add your image by selecting the option upload. Once you've selected your image and it has uploaded add the hyperlink by highlight the image and select the link option.
  4. Paste your Fixflo URL in the web address field for your signature.
  5. Click OK.

Outlook

  1. Open a new message and then select Signature > Signatures.
  2. In the Select signature to edit box, choose the signature you want to add a logo or image to.
  3. Select the Image icon Insert an image from your device icon , locate your Fixflo image file, and select Insert.
  4. To resize your image, right-click the image, then choose Picture. Select the Size tab and use the options to resize your image. To keep the image proportions, make sure to keep the Lock aspect ratio checkbox checked.

  5. To add the Fixflo hyperlink to the image in your email signature, left-click on the image and when it is highlighted/selected, click the Insert hyperlink icon and provide your Fixflo URL.

  6. When you're done, select OK, then select OK again to save the changes to your signature.

Yahoo

  1. The first step is to click on Gear Symbol or Options (found on the upper right side of the page). This will make a drop-down list appear; just select Settings.
  2. After being directed to the Settings page, select and click on the Writing Email Tab. From there you will now be able to edit your email signature.
  3. . The next step is to copy the image itself. You may do this by opening a file using any web browsers. Right-click on the picture and select Copy image.

  4.  Go back again to the editing space of the Signature tab and paste the image you copied there.

  5. Wait for the photo to load up properly. If nothing shows, it may mean that you were not able to copy the image successful (i.e., the clipboard is empty). You may go back again to Step 3 if this happens.

  6. . If everything goes well, the photo will load up fine. You'll then need to highlight the image and add your Fixflo URL link. Then, the final step is to click on Save, and you're all done!
