This feature allows you to assign certain postcodes to certain agents or teams, so that issues which are reported for those postcodes get assigned directly to the right people.

If this tool is used, then the e-mail with the newly reported issue will go to the agent's email address, bypassing your central email address (which is set via Setup > Settings > Contact settings).

To set up postcode assignment for one of your agents you can go to People > Agents and click on the relevant agent. From here you will be able to click on the Issue allocations tab:

 

Each postcode must be separated by a comma and then space. Once you are happy with your outcodes just hit save and you're all good to go!

The same can be done for teams via People > Teams. If team allocation is in place, all members of the team will receive the new issue report emails.
