It is important that you amend the numbers for your office hours and out of office hours; these are used in various pop-ups in your system. Your out of office hours can be an emergency number if required.

To do this, log  into your Fixflo account and go to Setup > Content Edit [please note only Administrator users are able to do this]:


This will take you to a page where you can make changes to your agency telephone numbers, your e-mail footer, all of the e-mails which go out via Fixflo, and all of the pop-up templates on your Fixflo .

At the top of the page, click on 'Agent - Telephone Numbers'. 

Here you will be able to amend the numbers as required- remember to press save once you have done this:


If you then go to edit any pop-ups (guide here), you are able to use the token '[OFFICEHOURS]' - this will display the information saved within 'Agent - Telephone Numbers':


Simply use the Preview button to view how this would display to a reporting occupier:

To amend your email footer follow the same steps and select  'Email - Footer' which is underneath 'Agency - Telephone Numbers'.
