You can also send reminders throughout the year, or include reference to Fixflo in company newsletters.

We have a commitment to resolve issues quickly and reliably and Fixflo helps to make the reporting of maintenance quicker and easier for you.

  • You can now report an issue in over 40 languages
  • You can upload supporting photo or video evidence when appropriate so we can get the issue resolved as quickly as possible
  • The site will have advice for certain types of issues 
  • You get instant confirmation of all details and a record of the issue to help you keep track

Repairs for non-emergencies that are reported online are likely to be dealt with more quickly than those that are reported by telephone or by email. 

If your repair is an EMERGENCY, you should contact the office via phone to ensure that we can provide immediate assistance.

2. Adding an out-of-hours voicemail and email message directing your tenants towards your Fixflo website.

We use an online system for reporting repairs. This is to make the reporting of maintenance by our tenants quicker, easier and to improve the levels of service we are able to provide to you as tenants.

If your repair is an EMERGENCY, you should contact the office via phone to ensure that we can provide immediate assistance. Examples of an emergency repair are as follows:

Priority 1 – Emergency Repairs


Timescale: Within 24 hours of being notified of the repair


Repair Type: Required to avoid danger to life or damage to property.


Examples: Gas leak // Flood or Serious Leak // Fire // No Functioning WC // Break-in // Property not Secure
