Fixflo integrates with SME Professional so that any repair and maintenance issues created in Fixflo can be pushed back into SME. This allows you to keep a complete maintenance record for your tenancies and produce more accurate reports.

Setting up the integration

To set up the integration, you will need to contact and request they provide you with a copy of your API key.

Once you receive the API key, please reach out to our support team or your Customer Success Manager to complete the setup of your integration.

The integration works by pulling through the information from the submitted report into your SME system. 

When the occupier submits a report, a green bar will appear at the top of the maintenance management page (Properties > Maintenance) in SME, indicating that there are Fixflo issues to be assigned to a property:

You can then click onto the Assign now option and select the Property to assign the issue to; click submit:

Once submitted, the report appears in the main table on the Maintenance page, with the information displayed. The PDF is also available as a clickable link:

If you ever need to delete a Fixflo issue if no works are required, please click on Assign now, find the item you're after and click on the red cross within the Delete column; this item will be removed and no longer appear as waiting to be assigned.
