How To Bulk Reassign Properties

As mentioned in the above article, Fixflo allows you, the agent, to assign yourself or other agents to specific properties. This can also be done for buildings and blocks also. This helps to ensure that issues for those buildings and blocks are automatically assigned to the correct agent when they are reported. This article will show you how you can easily reassign buildings and blocks on a large scale

To start the process you will need to go Properties > Buildings:

After you've clicked through to Buildings you'll need to click on the options button toward the top of the screen and click 'Bulk reassign':

Once this is done, a square on the side of your buildings will appear, you'll need then select which buildings you would like to reassign by clicking on the square box next to the address:

When you're done selecting the buildings you want to reassign click on Reassign agent/team. 

A pop-up will appear asking you to assign or unassign the buildings. You can then select which agent you wish to assign the buildings to by click the drop-down and searching the agents' name. After this is done click save.

Once this is done you should be able to see the name of the agent/team you have assigned to the building in the 'Buildings' section as seen in the example below:
