If you are no longer in touch with one of your external users and you need to remove them from your system, you can simply archive them. This means that:
- They can no longer access your Fixflo account
- They will no longer receive any Fixflo related emails
To do this, simply go to your list of External users under 'People':
Select the external user you wish you archive. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and hit the Archive button (you can always unarchive them in the future if required):
