On Teclet, occupiers will have their own portal where they are able to pay their deposit, pay their bills and see upcoming inspections, etc. 


When they login to the portal, essentially they see a date ladder of when things need to be completed/paid. 


At the top of the screen they will find a button called 'Raise maintenance issue':



This will take them into Fixflo within the Teclet portal: 



Once the issue has been raised this will be added to the date ladder on Teclet. 


Once the issue has been completed, Teclet will receive a notification and then update this within Teclet.
