Fixflo integrates with Teclet so that any repair and maintenance issues created in Fixflo can be pushed back into Teclet. This allows you to keep a complete maintenance record for your tenancies and produce more accurate reports.
In order to set up this integration, you will need to get your authentication token from your account.
As an administrator user, click via Setup > Integrations:
Use the 'Add token' button and enter 'TECLET' in the App Id field (this is case sensitive and must be written as TECLET):
You will now see your authentication token - please see an example below:
Please email Teclet's Customer Support Team (email@example.com) the following information:
- Your Fixflo subdomain - this is the part before 'fixflo.com' on your Fixflo URL, for example: cslettings.fixflo.com - the subdomain is: 'cslettings'
- The authentication token which you have just created. This can easily be copied using the 'Copy' button next to the token
Teclet will then enter these details into the system on your behalf to configure the integration.
