If you wish to cancel your Fixflo subscription, please complete our cancellation request form. It takes about five minutes and asks for everything our Support team needs, so we can review your request without having to come back to you for more details.

Click here to submit your cancellation request

Before you start

  • Admin users only: we can only accept cancellation requests from users with Admin permissions in Fixflo. If you’re not an Admin, please ask an Admin on your account to complete the form.

  • Notice period: all Fixflo agreements require 90 days’ notice before your renewal date. (Your renewal date can be found on your contract)

  • Your contract: An Admin user can download your order form (contract) by logging into Fixflo and going to Setup > Billing Details > Order Forms.

  • Your terms and conditions: an Admin can view your latest terms, including who accepted them and when, by going to Setup > Settings > T&Cs. To download a PDF copy, click the blue “Terms and conditions” link.

What happens next

Once you submit the form, a support ticket is created automatically and you’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket reference. Our Support team will review your request against your agreement, and may call you to talk it through. We’ll then confirm your cancellation and end date in writing.

All cancellation requests are subject to our Terms and Conditions and the terms of your individual agreement. Submitting a request doesn’t necessarily mean your subscription can be cancelled immediately, and your account stays active until your confirmed end date.

If you have any problems using the form, please contact us at support@fixflo.com.

Thank you,
The Fixflo Support Team
