As per our T&Cs, it is mandatory to set up a direct debit to get your Fixflo account up and running! Once this is set-up, you will not need to worry about making a manual payment to us every month.

To set up a direct debit, you'll need to take the following steps:
Setup > Billing details > Payment authorisation

 

You will automatically be taken to the 'Payment authorisation' tab where you can easily set up a direct debit. 

 

There will be a form to fill out. Once done, press Continue.

 

Once this has been set up you will receive an email from GoCardless saying a direct debit has been set up. You will receive an email from GoCardless before every invoice payment is made. 

If you need to change your billing details in the future, simply go back to this page and Cancel the current direct debit and proceed with the same steps as above.
