We have created a brilliant dashboard for your directors/leaseholders, where they can view information within their Fixflo account.

Please note that the dashboard does not display any new information. It’s simply a different way to present the information they already have in their Fixflo account. Essentially, it makes it easier to identify what information is displayed on their profiles, similar to how agent dashboards work.

If you wish to switch this on for your director/leaseholders, this can be achieved by an administrator user, navigating to the left-hand side > Setup > Settings > Issue settings > scroll all the way down > 

Hide director dashboard > 
Hide leaseholder dashboard >

In addition, you will be able to determine if you wish to show the blocks' compliance in your directors/leaseholders dashboard. 

The way to amend this would be by navigating to the left-hand side menu > setup > settings > issue settings > planned maintenance > Allow leaseholders to view the works planner for their buildings > select No if you do not wish them to have visiblity of this, select yes if you wish to grant them access to see how compliant their buildings are want.
