If an occupier reports an issue and it is sent over to Aidenn (powered by Help me Fix) via your Co-pilot rules, the occupier will receive a link on the reporting page >
The occupier will also receive a text message with a link which they can click on to connect to Aidenn.
The occupier has 24 hours to click on this link and connect.
Once they click on the link a browser will open automatically and they will be connected to Aidenn, which allows the occupier and Aidenn to chat to each other and talk through the issue.
Aidenn is able to scan any pictures which the occupier has submitted and will send through suggestions and videos to the occupier, helping them to potentially resolve the issue on the spot.
Once the conversation is completed you will be able to view a transcript of the conversation uploaded as 'Completion documents' in Fixflo. Within this report there will be a link for the transcript of the Aidenn conversation.
What happens if Aideen cannot resolve the issue?
If the issue remains unresolved and your Help me Fix subscriotion has Video Triage, the occupier can choose to connect to an engineer through video triage.
