On Fixflo Manager you can now search by multiple tags, unlocking more customisation for your reporting, internal workflows and saved dashboards.
How it works
The 'Tag' filter on search is updated and named 'Tag(s)', this has been applied to multiple searches, listed below. Along with the 'property/unit tag' filter on issue search.

- Issue
- Property
- Estate
- Block
- Unit
- Tenant
- Occupier
- Leaseholder
- Landlord
- Contractor
- Agents
- Service events
When entering multiple tags into the filter, you have the option to search by Any or All tags.
- Any = Item has to have at least one of the tags to show in the search
- All = Item has to have all the tags to show in the search
You can filter the service event search by using block tags, making it easier for you to filter your service events by tags and create saved searches.
Once multiple tags have been entered, the search will return the results based off if you have selected 'Any' or 'All'. This can be made into a saved search. To have oversight of particular items or workflows, create a specific report for your clients, or organise data more efficiently depending on your own internal processes.
