Want to Log In with the Touch of a Button?

Fixflo now offers Social Sign-On (SSO) with Google and Microsoft identity providers.

What is SSO?

SSO allows you to log in quickly and securely without needing to enter your username and password.

Who can use SSO?

All users can use SSO to access Fixflo. 

How to Use SSO

  1. On the login screen, you'll see two new buttons below the traditional username and password fields.
  2. Simply click on the Google or Microsoft button to log in using your existing credentials from these providers.


How Does It Work?

Use the Google Button:

  • If your email is hosted by Google.
  • If you have a Gmail email address.

Use the Microsoft Button:

  • If your email is hosted by Microsoft.
  • If you have an Outlook, Hotmail, Live, or MSN email address.

Using Google for the First Time

  1. Press the "Log in with Google" button.
  2. You'll be asked to choose your account or enter your Gmail account details and log in
  3. After logging in, Fixflo will check if your Google email exists in the system. If it matches the email you use to access Fixflo, you'll be logged directly into the system. You can then use the Google button for future logins.

 



Using Microsoft for the First Time

  1. Press the "Log in with Microsoft" button.
  2. You'll be asked to choose your account or enter your Gmail account details and log in.
  3. After logging in, Fixflo will check if your Google email exists in the system. If it matches the email you use to access Fixflo, you'll be logged directly into the system. You can then use the Google button for future logins.




Account linking

If the Microsoft or Gmail account used for SSO is not present in the Fixflo agency, users can still access the system through the social sign-in process. Follow these steps to link the accounts:


1. Sign in using the Google or Microsoft account that needs to be linked.

2. If no account is found, the user will be redirected to a page with an option to link accounts.






3. Follow the instructions on this page to log into the existing Fixflo account. 

4. This will automatically link the SSO email account with the Fixflo account.
