How To Download Documents In Bulk

Once you have added documents to a building, you have the ability to download these documents in bulk. 

To do this simply click on 'Properties' > 'Buildings' and then select the desired building. From here you will want to click on the 'Documents' tab:

You can use the filters at the top of the page to narrow down your search: 

You will need to now click on the 'Options' button and then select 'Bulk download':

You can now select which documents you would like to download: 

Once you have made your selection you will need to click 'Bulk download':

Once selected, Fixflo will generate an email for you: 

You will then receive the following email: 

By clicking on the file you will be taken to a new tab with the export:

You will then be able to download the file.
