Once you have added a building safety document to a block it can now be attached to an issue when you progress it to a contractor.
This can either be done by selecting the workflow 'Instruct works' or 'Request quotations'.
If you choose one of these workflows you can add health & safety documents. By clicking on this dropdown you will clearly be able to see your building safety document on the dropdown available:
Once this has been instructed onto the contractor they will be able to see that a health and safety document is attached on the instruction email:
Further this document will sit on the 'Detail' tab under 'Media' and this can also be found on the contractor app:
