Your Insights dashboard is available to help you and your team to track success and boost productivity across your team.
To view the dashboard simply click on 'My private dashboard' where you will see a dropdown. Simply click on 'Insights dashboard':
Once selected you will be taken to your Insights dashboard which has seven panels available. This dashboard is read-only.
The first two panels show you:
- Your average resolution time for reactive issues (last 12 weeks)
- Your average response time for reactive issues (last 12 weeks)
The quicker you can respond to and resolve issues
