Fixflo integrates with Rentfind Inspector so that when you are conducting inventory checks, you can automate the sending of a repair, replacement or cleaning issues. 

Setting up the integration

Please log in to your Fixflo system as an Administrator user and click Setup > Integrations:

At the top of the page, you will be able to 'Add token' - in 'App Id' enter 'RENTFIND' and then click 'Add':

You will then be given an authentication token - please find an example below:

You will now need to login to Rentfind Inspector and you will need to have access to 'Settings'. 

Click on Settings > Update Account Details:

Scroll down and enter your Fixflo agency custom domain and click 'Update':

Next you will need to click on Settings > User Management:

Scroll down to find your name and click on 'Edit/Remove'. 

Scroll down until you see 'Fixflo API Token'. Paste in the Fixflo authentication token and then click 'Save/Update':

Once you have completed these steps you will find the new 'Maintenance' item in the menu:

This report shows you all of the incomplete maintenance items and allows you to sync them one by one or in bulk to Fixflo.
