In order to get the most value out of Fixflo, it's important to let your landlords know you are going to be using a new software to manage your repair and maintenance requests, this will help them see the value in it too!
In order to help you do this, we have created content specifically for landlords to help them understand the system.
First of all, we recommend sending them a welcome email when you are ready to go live. Administrator users can review this by going to Setup > Content Edit:
This is where you can make changes to your emails which are sent outside of the Fixflo system. You will want to scroll down and click on 'Email - Welcome Landlord':
Here you can see what the email looks like and you can make any changes you'd like, just make sure to press 'Save' once you're finished editing:
Once you are happy with the email and ready to send this out to your landlords, you can either send a bulk email out or email just one landlord.
Sending The Welcome Email To All Of Your Landlords
If you would like to send the welcome email to all of your landlords on your Fixflo system, simply click on 'People' > 'Landlords' and you will find 'Options' towards the top left hand side of the page:
When you click on 'Options' you will find the option to send the welcome email. If you click on this, it will send the welcome email to all of your landlords on the system:

If you would like to send the welcome email to a specific landlord on your Fixflo system, simply click on 'People' > 'Landlords' and the use the search bar to search for your desired landlord:
Once you have found your desired landlord, simply click into them and scroll to the bottom of the page where you will find the button 'Send welcome email':
Underneath this button you will see when the welcome email was last sent to this particular landlord:
When you add a new landlord to the system by clicking on 'Add new landlord' at the top of the 'Landlords' page, the new landlord will receive a welcome email automatically.
If you add landlords to your system via a bulk import then the welcome email will not be sent out and you will need to send this out manually, as explained above.
