If you are managing your contractor insurance and certification through Fixflo, you may want to disable the ability for certain members of your team to instruct works to contractors who are not fully compliant. 

To do this, an Administrator profile will need to edit the agent permissions via People > User roles:

Here you can edit existing roles such as 'Agents', or create new roles if you wish, which allows you to manage custom permission structures. 

To prevent certain agents from being able to award jobs to contractors, you will need to remove the highlighted permission below - 'Can instruct work to contractors with expired certification':

If this option is unticked, when attempting to instruct a job to a contractor with expired or missing certificates, the agent will come across the following error message:
