Please note, this guide is for the 'basic' Reapit integration, pushing Fixflo maintenance reports into your Reapit system only. For the guide on the advanced integration, please click here.
Important: As of October 2024, Reapit are no longer accepting new integration configurations for this' Basic' integration via their APIs.
If you are a Fixflo Basic user and this is of concern to you, please email support@fixflo.com where our team will be able to chat you through further options.
Fixflo integrates with Reapit (RPS) so that any repair and maintenance issues created in Fixflo can be pushed back into Reapit. This allows you to keep a complete maintenance record for your tenancies and produce more accurate reports.
Setting up the integration
The integration with Reapit works with credentials - username and password. Should the password ever change without informing Reapit, the integration will break.
As such, we suggest creating a new agent user on your system to setup the integration with.
Once that is in place, you will need to provide the following information to your Account Manager in Reapit:
- Your Username/Email
- Your Fixflo password
- Your Fixflo URL/Domain
