This article will show you how you can instruct maintenance issues to the Contractor Network VeriSmart.

Check-ins, check-outs and Inventories - how it works in Fixflo?
These are treated as "Reactive" by the Fixflo system, so are raised by a agent on behalf of a tenant/property, and then the correct VeriSmart franchise will appear in the Instruct Works modal dependant on the postcode of the property.
In order to do this, you as an agent, can simply navigate to the Property you wish that have a check-in/check-out/inventory carried out on, "Raise Issue" against that property, select which of the above they'd like carried out, and then go to "Instruct Works".
It is important to note that you will be able to input the size of the property (in terms of beds) if you wish
After the issue has been generated, you can navigate to the Next Steps tab as usual, and instruct the job directly to VeriSmart
The network will display a the list of contractors that can be awarded the job, and you can then select the VeriSmart franchise that covers that Property (the Fixflo system will only match franchises that can cover the postcode).
