Fixflo's Contractor Marketplace allows you to access thousands of vetted engineers to resolve: 

• Out of hours emergency repairs 
• Planned maintenance (Fixflo Professional and Manager only)
• Reactive maintenance 
• Video maintenance

All of our contractors have fixed rate cards and are fully trained to use Fixflo on every single job. 

How to get started

Simply log into your Fixflo account and click on 'Contractor marketplace' on your left hand menu sidebar:

This is where you'll be able to read more information about the Contractor Marketplace and configure your set-up later on.

To get started using the Contractor Marketplace, please scroll to the bottom of the page and submit the call back form. We'll reach out to you within one business day to provide you with direct support – helping you to set up your access to the marketplace and start instructing the jobs that you want. 


Note that if you are currently on the Fixflo Basic plan, you will be able to view the same information as the Professional, Essentials and Manager packages. 
On the left hand side menu, the 'Contractor Marketplace' field will appear the second on your list.
