Can I Edit One Of My Co-Pilot Rules?

You can edit any rules you have created in Co-Pilot. To do this, click on the pencil icon on the rule you wish to edit.

You can then edit any filter or action that already exists by clicking on the pencil icons:

You can also add new filters and actions if you wish.

Remember to press 'Save' when you have finished making changes.

Please note; if you wish to add or remove the ability for an agent to edit Co-Pilot rules, you can find out how to do so here. 

This will mean the agent will not have the option of selecting Co-Pilot from the left-hand menu.
