Fixflo integrates with Rentman so that any repair and maintenance issues created in Fixflo can be pushed back into Rentman. This allows you to keep a complete maintenance record for your tenancies and produce more accurate reports.
Setting up the integration
Please login to your Fixflo system as an Administrator user and click Integrations > Tokens:
At the top of the page, you will be able to 'Add token' - in 'App Id' enter 'RENTMAN' and then click 'Add':
You will then be given an authentication token - please find an example below:
If you come across any error messages when attempting to create your authentication token then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
To complete the setup of the integration, you will need to log into Rentman and access Company Preferences. Here you can enter:
- Your Authentication Token
- Your Fixflo Domain / URL
- User credentials
You can also specify the frequency by which you would like Rentman to check for new fault reports from Fixflo
In additon, Rentman provides the ability to sync data from their software into Fixflo. This allows you to populate the following information directly into Fixflo:
Each entity will sync every 30 minutes, meaning Rentman will become your source of truth; if any new entities need creating or updating, please action this directly in Rentman.

Rentman will pull across the issues raised on your Fixflo system, and add them as Tasks. Rentman will assign the task to the Property Manager of the building or property in question, and notify users when new tasks are assigned to them:
