Please note: Qube SLM is also referred to as 'Aspasia' or 'MRI'.
Fixflo integrates with Qube SLM so that any repair and maintenance issues created in Fixflo can be pushed back into Qube SLM. This allows you to keep a complete maintenance record for your tenancies and produce more accurate reports.
Setting up the integration
To set up the integration, you will need to find the Domain and Authentication Token for your Fixflo site.
As an administrator user, log in to your Fixflo site and go to Integrations > Tokens:
Use the 'Add token' button at the top of the page and enter 'QUBESLM' in the App Id field. Please note, this is case sensitive and does not accept other characters, so this must be written as QUBESLM.
An Authentication Token will then be generated for you:
To complete the setup of the integration, you will need to provide the following information to your Account Manager at Qube/MRI:
- Your Authentication Token
- Your Fixflo Domain / URL
The integration works by pulling through the information from the submitted Fixflo report into your Qube system. You will receive an email notification from Fixflo when a new issue has been reported, and this should then go into your Qube SLM system:
To create the Works Order, you can select the Property Management tab, and Maintenance History.
Then select the date of the Fixflo action you want to create a Works Order for within the Actions / Notes drop-down. The photo URL is stored in a note attached to the maintenance action. It is the same with any fault notes / occupier notes - these are also pulled into Qube SLM and stored in a note against the action as well.
