One of the key tasks to complete before you can go live with Fixflo is importing all of your data into your new account.
This will require you to export the information from either your Property Management system that you use or a CRM/database where you store these details. Of course, you may have this information in spreadsheet form already.
We require the following from you:
- Properties (complete address of the properties that you manage)
- Landlord details
- Occupier details
- Contractor details
Please find at the bottom of this article, two templates for importing your data. Within each, please consider:
- Yellow Columns = Mandatory information that we need. If your Contractor or Landlord does not have a company name, first and last names are fine.
- Grey or Green Columns = Optional but nice to have information

Sending us data
Due to GDPR, we have implemented a secure way of sending us the above files to ensure that your landlord and contractor details are safe at all times.
When your data is ready, please log in to Fixflo and go to Setup > Imports.
Then you will need to click on the 'Import new data' tab and then 'Choose File':
You will then need to ensure that the file type is 'All Files':
Select the file you wish and then press 'Upload'.
This will allow us to access your data and we can then make sure it is imported correctly for you. Please allow up to three working days for us to upload your data. Do this for each file you have.
