Promoting your Fixflo site to your occupiers is extremely important in order to ensure that the usage of your system is the best it can be. A simple way of doing this would be to use any bulletin boards at your properties/buildings/blocks that are fully managed.

Bulletin boards are a great place to host information to tenants. In addition, we would recommend also hosting information in any welcome packs that you provide to occupiers when they move in.
Within bulletin boards and/or welcome packs, we would recommend including:

- Your occupier flyer (found in the Promote section of your Fixflo system)

- Your occupier user guide (found in Promote)

Both of the above documents will include your Fixflo URL on them. You may also want to put this URL on another larger poster on your bulletin boards if necessary!
