*Model details must be accurate to prevent double charges or aborted visits by engineers who can't service them.


Roofing > Emergency Roofing Repairs* (via internal diversion only) £295.00 - £395.00 + Materials excluding VAT 

*Due to the nature of incidents requiring emergency roof repairs, emergency roofing repairs are limited in availability and cover internal diversion of water ingress, to minimise the impact on managed assets only. This does not mean roofing repairs will be carried out, instead a temporary diversion of the leak will take place.

How can I set up these fault types? 


If your Co-Pilot rules have ‘Covered by network’ enabled with filters, you may need to amend your filters such as to include the new services you want PropCall to cover. You can also add other already-existing services to your coverage:



If you don’t have any filters enabled under ‘Covered by network’, you don’t need to change a thing; Co-Pilot will automatically include the new coverage options and make them available to your tenants. But we highly recommend you add fault-type filters to your coverage – even if you include everything available – so you can see exactly what PropCall is covering.
