It's important that Fixflo allows you to quickly and easily export your data. There may be instances where - for legal purposes - you need to export a full audit of a particular issue/job from within your system into a PDF document.
Any agent user has the ability to perform this action at issue level via the Actions button > Full audit version:
A pop-up will appear to let you know that this document will be emailed to you. Please note, this will go to the email associated with the profile of the user who is logged in, not the agent assigned to the issue.
The user will receive an email similar to the below (white-label branded), and can click the link to view the PDF document on a new tab:
The document will provide all of the issue history, including:
- Issue photos
- Quote details
- Comments and private notes
- A full export of the 'Audit' tab
