This feature allows you to assign certain postcodes to certain agents, so that issues which are reported for those postcodes get assigned directly to that agent. If this tool is used then the e-mail with the newly reported issue will go to the agent's email address and bypass the central email address, which is set in your 'Setup' - 'Settings' - 'Email settings'. 

To set up postcode assignment, please click on 'People' - 'Agents' and click into the relevant agent. From here you will be able to click on the 'Issue allocations'.

You must only use the outcodes, for example SW4, when setting up the postcode allocation as this feature does not work with full postcodes. Each outcode must be separated with a comma and then a space.

Once you are happy with your outcodes click save.
