Hi all, 


Now that everyone is back in the office, we are also back with another Fixflo update! We're kicking off with a bunch of important fixes that was made over the holiday season, with a focus on improving usability on a number of our features. With that being said, we'll be cracking on with some of our bigger features we have lined up for this upcoming year, so get yourselves settled and stay tuned for more Fixflo features!

General

  • Comments can now be added by anyone associated with an issue to support any ongoing conversations after the issue has been closed
  • Added an explanation to the setting "Prefer landlord over agency" under invoicing settings
  • Submitted quotes can now be seen by the agent and contractor after the job ha been awarded, so users can have ease of access to the quoted information
  • Works authorisation limit is made clearer with explanation


Contractors

  • To account for invoices not relating the works completed, more than one invoice can now be uploaded after the job is marked as complete
  • Updated issue PDF to ensure more clarity on any outstanding actions

Bug fixes

  • Fixed a bug where users were unable to create a new estate
  • Fixed a bug that included costs from cancelled jobs
  • Fixed a bug where duplicating an issue did not link the old and new issue together
  • Fixed a bug where booked jobs did not appear in the calendar
