Time for another Fixflo release.

We've spent a lot of time working on some great features recently, but with all these awesome features our users might not have time to learn them all from the top! Having said that, we decided to focus on making our existing features even easier to use - this and alongside Fixflo University and the Helpdesk we hope to make learning new features accessible for everyone!

We've also released some new flyers for you to use lately - and we thought we'd do another! This one outlines some things you might want your tenants to know in anticipation of the winter period. Have read below for instructions on how to get your own branded flyer!

  • With the winter season fast approaching, we have designed a new flyer to outline the tenant responsibilities during the winter period for agents to hand out to their tenants – click here to create your own branded flyer!
  • We added more clarity and explanation to how issues are being allocated to each user, so users will know where and why notifications are being sent
  • Added a search function to the report page to help users find the report they are looking for

  • The job completion process has now been tweaked so contractors will have an easier time marking their jobs as complete on Fixflo

Block management
  • Added prompts and tooltips to the compliance matrix so that it is easier to set up for new users

Commercial management
  • Locations can be broken down beyond just the address, so commercial property managers can specify the exact areas of the issue

Bug fixes

  • Fixed a bug where users on the mobile phone were unable to upload videos
  • Landlord profile will now show all of the landlord's properties
  • Fixed a broken link within summary emails to users
  • Fixed an issue where emails were being sent despite the user settings
  • Fixed an issue with building names displaying incorrectly
