Every powerful tool needs a little explaining, and Fixflo is no different for new agents using the system. So we've done some work to help newbies become familiar with Fixflo as painlessly as possible. We've designed an on-boarding process as a fast-track to becoming a Fixflo pro!

General 

  • We have a new on-boarding process for our users - complete with a handy getting started checklist.
  • Occupier can now more easily report a second issue in a row
  • Contractors can save a draft of their job completion information - meaning they can come back and add more info without bugging you!
  • Clarified to contractors whether the occupier needs to accept the appointment time they've set.
  • Sorting issues is now available in the issue search - without having to narrow down the search first!
  • New issue emails are always addressed to the assigned agent - helpful to know who owns it if the emails go to a shared inbox.


Proactive Management

  • Repeating events can now be set up to occur daily


Bug fixes

  • Fixed an issue where comment recipients are shown twice on the comment page
  • View issues as PDF will now display the address details correctly
  • Fixed a bug where some users were not shown the number of unread messages
  • Setting a series end date works as expected when creating repeat events in the Planner
