If the quotation period has not expired: 




While the quotation period is still open and the quote has not yet been sent for approval to the landlord, the contractor can save and re-submit their quote at any point by logging into their Fixflo contractor portal.


You can prompt them to do so by expanding the quote section on the issue and clicking "Reset to Pending"




A pop-up will then appear asking you what you would like to tell the contractor to do with their quote (i.e. update their existing quote of submit a new one):



An automated email will then be sent to them prompting them to amend their quote (I recommend separately sending them a message using the "Comments" section to clarify this). 


Include your instructions and hit "Proceed". The contractor will then receive an automated email to re-submit their quote.


If the quotation period has ended: 


If the quotation period has ended you will need to extend it before contractors can amend their quote. 


Click on "Extend quotation period"



Select a new date by which the quotes should be received and hit save: 



You will then be able to reset the quotes to pending by expanding each quote and clicking "Reset to Pending":


A pop-up will then appear asking you what you would like to tell the contractor to do with their quote (i.e. update their existing quote of submit a new one):



Include your instructions and hit "Proceed". The contractor will then receive an automated email to re-submit their quote.
