To change the settings on the email notifications you are receiving, go into Setup and then click on Settings. You will then need to click on the Notifications tab.
You might wish to consider changing these email notification options if (as an agent) you receive too many or too few notification emails
When a new issue is reported you can configure under what circumstances an New issue report email is sent. For example, if you have Fixflo integrated into a third-party system you might not wish to receive an email every time a new issue is reported.
The options are:
- Do not email issue report - When set, Fixflo will cease sending New issue report emails to all agents
- Always email issue report - When set, Fixflo will send a New issue report email every time a new issue is reported. The email address to which the New issue report is sent is determined by other settings.
- Only when issue is raised by a tenant - When set, Fixflo will send a New issue report email only when the issue is reported by a tenant. If the issue is reported by an agent the email will not be sent. This setting might be useful if your Fixflo system is integrated into a third-party system such as an inventory app and you wish to suppress emails from the app only.
