When activated an additional field is available when a new issue is reported. The new input value is available on the section "Your contact details" when an issue is reported. Furthermore it appears on the issue report email send to agents, the issue report PDF and as part of the API. The label (eg the words "Agreement number" in the picture below") may also be edited as part of the agency setting.
The field External Tenancy Agreement Reference may be activated (turned on) via the Agency Settings
Once a value is given to the label the field becomes active. If the label is removed (empty) the field stops being available,
