You can create a team of agents who can be assigned to particular issues. This option can be found by clicking on Agency Admin


To create a team, click into the Teams option and select Add new.




Fill in the necessary fields and add the desired agents to the team.




Once a team is set up, issues will be assigned on a per agent and team basis.



You can configure the issue assignment under the Manage tab within an issue.



Panel Grouping Selection


The panels can now be toggled to display issues relevant to certain teams or agents only. Simply click on the icon on the top right of panels:



When teams are added, there will be options to set up the panels to only show data relevant to that team.
