What will happen to Fixflo?

Some guidance messages will be updated. The changes will be relatively minor and simply emphasise the benefit of tenants making urgent repair requests in writing as well as by telephone. Where tenants are currently asked to report emergencies by telephone they are also asked to submit an issue report as well - to ensure all parties have the repair request in writing.

What do I need to do?

If you have not changed your guidance messaging then this change will be automatic. If you have changed your guidance messaging to tenants (“Pop-Ups”) then please review it as you may wish to refer to reporting repairs online as well as by telephone.
