Fixflo prevents the same email address being used by a landlord and an occupier.  


First amend the "occupier” details to remove the email address and then archive the “occupier”.  


You will then be able to add the landlord correctly to the system through the 'Landlord' tab.


The tenant and the landlord tabs are available through 'People' in the menu on the left hand side of the screen.



Once you have clicked on 'Landlords' you will be able to ad a new landlord on the top right hand side of the screen.



Once you have added a new landlord they will receive an e-mailing welcoming them to Fixflo. 


If you would like to see the content of this e-mail and edit this e-mail, click on 'Setup' and then 'Content edit' on the menu on the left hand side of the screen.



Scroll down the page to find 'Email - Welcome Landlord' - this is where you can view the e-mail which goes out when you add a new landlord and make any changes you find appropriate.
